Position: Customer Operations Executive Officer Location: Abingdon (OX14) Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, normally worked between the hours of 08:00 to 18:30 (Monday – Friday) with the occasional weekend shift Experience: Customer Operations, Customer Service, Complaints Resolution, Customer Care, Senior Advisor, Complaint Resolution, Escalation Management, Stakeholder Management

As Customer Operations Executive Officer, you will be working within a team of 5 other officers to provide an excellent customer experience over multiple platforms including social media and Trustpilot whilst also taking ownership of escalated customer cases. The queries forwarded to this department tend to be complex therefore the successful candidate must be a solution focused problem solver with a tendency to build a fantastic rapport with customers, as well as internal stakeholders.
