The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-established, innovative and multi-award winning EdTech client who are looking to recruit a confident, organised and relationship focused Customer Success Manager to join their expanding Oxford-based team.
As Customer Success Manager, you will join a small but highly successful and supportive team, which includes the business owner, who is based from the office. It is vital the successful candidate is a real team player and enjoys working within an innovative environment where everybody impacts the success of the business.
A big part of the job is to be the main point of contact for large number of school accounts to ensure they get the most from their subscriptions from the EdTech company and ultimately renew every year. To achieve this, you will monitor and communicate with the schools regularly, being available to answer their queries. You will also be responsible for onboarding new accounts and get involved with training via your extensive product knowledge.
Therefore, the job of Customer Success Manager requires a candidate with excellent relationship management skills combined with great organisation and to be strong on the administrative side.

Requirements
A track record of building and maintaining client relationships
A professional demeanour with the ability to mirror and remain calm during their busy period
Well educated with strong writing skills and a genuine interest in all things languages (the ability to speak a 2nd or 3rd language would be a bonus!)
A candidate who is well organised and with strong time-management skills to successfully wear many hats!
