Position: Delivery Manager
Location: Witney (OX28) with occasional travel across the UK
Salary: £38,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, (08:30 – 17:00)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leading e-commerce and digital web design agency. They are looking to recruit an experienced, creative and innovative Delivery Manager to join their established Witney-based office.

As Delivery Manager your role will involve a unique mix of Project Management and Account Management. You will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of the company’s very high-profile clients, working closely with them and with various company departments to ensure that the client’s vision materialises. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within each account.

An equally as large part of the role will be the management of smaller-scale projects within the account. This will require a really good technical understanding of websites and how they are built. This will involve working within the office, but also travelling off-site to visit clients directly, establishing a detailed understanding of their company and building a strong relationship with them.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in working with important and valuable clients, making sure to evaluate their needs and create strategic plans to support the delivery team in successfully engaging B2B, B2C and e-commerce build projects. As Delivery Manager, you will establish really strong relationships with your clients, whilst maintaining key profitability and driving additional revenue.

Requirements:

• Experience of project management (small – medium scale projects), with a knowledge of ongoing monitoring, pipelines and road-mapping
• Experience of account management within a digital agency
• The ability to grasp a really good understanding of the client’s vision and use this information to build a rapport and meet their expectations
• Experience leading or managing a team is desirable
