Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Oxford (OX4)
Salary: £18k – £20k (£35k OTE)
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)

Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding and high end window and door provider, who are looking to recruit a field sales executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on sales leads and generating their own new business. The Field Sales Executive will book and attend customers homes and be responsible for identifying requirements and closing the sale.

Our client is looking for a candidate that is looking for a career, not just a job therefore will expect you to be hungry to exceed targets and really go the extra mile to drive revenue.

Requirements

• A track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Well presented and comfortable to sell to a high-net-worth clientele
• Ambitious to build a career
• Full UK driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Skills in CRM systems are preferable, but not essential
