Salary: £competitive dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00)

The Opportunity  

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a large international business who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their welcoming team based in their UK office on Milton Park, near Abingdon. 

As Finance Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to provide highly accurate support to the senior finance team, whilst also supporting staff across the wider business with finance related queries. 

Typical duties will include creating, processing and matching invoices, monitoring the balance sheet, processing credit notes, managing company bank accounts, processing and managing staff expenses and setting up supplier accounts for example. 

This finance job would be well suited to candidates who have some existing knowledge in finance, whether through education or work experience, and have a genuine interest in building a long-term finance career.

• Finance/Accounts experience either obtained within the working environment or through education   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Extremely organised with great attention to detail is a must
