Position: Graduate Headhunter
Location: Cirencester (GL7)
Salary: £22k – £24k basic salary per annum (£50k OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:30) with an early finish on Fridays

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a leading headhunting firm based near Cirencester who are looking to recruit a confident, driven, and reward-orientated Graduate Headhunter to join their training program.

As a Graduate Headhunter, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, combined with other innovative communication methods in order to make contact with very senior candidates, who are often not in the market to move, on behalf of very well-known global brands.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be professional and articulate in their approach, whilst being resilient to knockbacks and driven to hit targets and ultimately earn impressive commission.

Whilst this is a ‘trainee’ graduate position, the successful candidate will have a huge opportunity to quickly progress within a business who are absolute market leaders within an incredibly lucrative market. The role would therefore only be suited to a candidate who genuinely wants to build a long-term career.

Requirements:

• A strong passion, hunger, and drive to exceed targets and progress professionally
• Articulate and charming with the skill to get through to senior executives over the telephone and then engage
• A track record of exceeding targets and the resilience to bounce back from every ‘no’
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
