Position: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £16k – £20k (+ commission)
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00, usually with an early finish on a Friday)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, intelligent and dedicated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our own team based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

As Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a 180 recruitment service; sourcing CVs, calling candidates, pitching potential job opportunities, interviewing and submitting candidates, and negotiating job offers.

As such, we are looking for a candidate with the confidence, drive and intuition to be able to accurately match candidates to our vacancies and build important business relationships accordingly.

Because this role is commission-focused, the successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be extremely goal-oriented, always striving to not only meet but exceed your sales targets.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• A full UK driving licence with your own car
