Position: Graduate Videographer & Creative Marketing Executive
Location: Remote (with regular travel across Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, so would need to live locally)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:30 – 16:30) with occasional evening/weekend work (TOIL given)

The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a dynamic and people-focused full-service creative agency, who are looking to recruit a Graduate Videographer & Creative Marketing Executive to join their growing remote team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual, with experience of videography gained through freelancing, education or personal projects, who is now looking to kickstart a long-term career in the creative industry.

In this varied and rewarding role, around 60% of your time will be spent creating video content – including planning, filming, editing, and producing visual stories for a range of inspiring clients across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The remainder of your week will involve working on broader creative marketing projects, such as social media, photography, graphic design and wider digital marketing, but all of this will be taught!

While this position would suit a recent graduate, we are very focused on finding the right person. In fact, the founder of this agency began his own career straight out of school – having been placed in his first role by us! Requirements:

• Experience in videography and video editing (via education, freelance, or personal projects)
• Confident using editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for travel)
• Passion for understanding brands and telling their stories through creative content
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small, fast-paced team
• A positive, driven attitude with a genuine hunger to learn and deliver outstanding work
• Willingness to work the occasional evening/weekend when needed (with time off in lieu)
