Position: HR Advisor (12-month FTC, with the potential to go permanent)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a rapidly-expanding and multi-award winning fin-tech business, who are looking to recruit a value driven HR Advisor to join their vibrant and modern offices based in central Manchester.
As HR Advisor, you will mainly be responsible for employee relations for the operations teams across the business. A large part of this role will be working closely with and supporting department managers to oversee and ensure HR policies are implemented and followed within their teams. This role is suited to someone who is able to consult and train managers on the best practice to take for any issues that may arise, focusing on both HR policies and the companies strong core values.
The successful HR Advisor will need to be meticulously organised with seamless attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise a high workload dependent on the needs of other departments. CIPD Level 5 qualified, with extensive experience in Human Resources and particularly Employee Relations
Exceptional attention to detail and the initiative to independently problem-solve
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to strictly implement specific company policies and guidelines across the wider business
Highly ambitious with the drive to build a successful and fulfilling career
A strong academic background
