Position:  Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Based in the Newbury office and supporting the Clapham, Highbury & Islington territories (with regular travel as needed)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (hybrid working, with up to 1 day per week in Central London)

The Opportunity

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will take ownership of managing the full HR lifecycle across a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with business leaders to guide key decisions, and ensure clients receive commercially focused advice that builds long-term, value-adding relationships.

We are looking for a genuine Human Resources Business Partner, who can balance an amazing level of service with a strong commercial focus and is confident engaging in commercial conversations with clients. Requirements

• Proven experience in a HR leadership position such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Consultant
• CIPD qualified
• Confident managing the full HR lifecycle, day-to-day HR operations, and complex employee relations cases
• Commercially minded with enthusiasm and confidence to engage in commercial conversations and contribute to business growth
• Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice, and compliance
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to client sites
