Position: Insurance Consultant
Location: Kidlington (OX5)
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a reputable independent insurance brokerage based near Kidlington. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Insurance Consultant to join their small but expanding team.

Whilst it’s important that the successful Insurance Consultant has evidence of impressive retention rates and sales statistics within a similar role, it is also vital that they consider themselves a genuine relationship-builder as opposed to an out-and-out salesperson.

Additionally, our client is really proactive within the Oxfordshire market. As such, all of their business comes through recommendation as opposed to cold-calling.

Fundamentally, it’s important that the successful Insurance Consultant is personable, enthusiastic and ambitious with experience in excelling within a similar role.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year’s experience of excelling within a similar insurance role
• Keen to develop professionally and build your career in the long-term with your next employer
• Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build and maintain important professional relationships
