Position: Junior Property Manager
Location: Oxford (OX2)
Salary:  £18,000 per annum
Hours: Rotating shift patterns Monday to Friday, (07:30 – 15:30, 09:00 – 17:30, 11:00 – 19:00) and up to 1 in 2 Saturdays (08:30 – 12:30) with the time off in lieu

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with our market-leading property client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join their established Summertown office.

As Junior Property Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team who manage a portfolio of properties, are the first point of contact for tenants and landlords alike and who deal with any questions or queries that they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for check-ins, quarterly inspections, routine maintenance, renewals and dealing with trades. This will involve attending regular property visits, therefore you must hold a Full UK driving licence.

Whilst experience is not required, the successful Junior Property Manager will have a passion for property and the desire to build a long term career within the property industry. As Junior Property Manager, you must also have strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build long-standing relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Requirements

• Property experience is not required, but you must be passionate about building a long term career in the property sector
• Full UK driving license and own car
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with tenants and landlords
