Position: Lettings Coordinator
Location: Summertown (OX2)
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (08.45 – 18.00), 1 in 4 Saturdays (9.00 – 16.00), with half a day in lieu

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a globally-renowned and award-winning property business to recruit an outstanding and experienced Lettings Coordinator into their Summertown office.
As Lettings Coordinator, your role will be a mix of Property Administration and Property Management. You will be working very closely with the Lettings team, liaising with and providing administrative support for landlords, tenants, and applicants, throughout the lettings process.
This will involve working really closely with landlords and tenants, dealing with all enquiries, organising appointments and viewings, attending viewings, updating the company website, producing weekly market reports, and other general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for working strongly with the marketing team, organising the photographing of new properties and creating brochures for marketing purposes in line with the landlords’ briefs.
Our client is looking for a candidate that can really impress. The successful Lettings Coordinator must be well-presented, friendly, and professional, with extensive administrative experience and the ability to manage a high workload.
