Position: Lettings Manager
Location: Headington (OX3)
Salary: Flexible with a strong basic
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday) and 09:00 – 13:00 (Saturday on rota)

Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry are working with a market-leading property client, are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to lead their well established Headington based office.

As Lettings Manager your role will be focused on building strong relationships with both Tenants and Landlords and will be responsible for the day to day running’s of the office.

The successful candidate will hold strong communications skills and have experience of excelling within a similar Lettings Manager position.

• Full UK driving license
• Experience of excelling with Lettings
• Confidence to manage colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to nurture relationships with new and existing clients
