Thompson & Terry are proud to be working alongside a well-established developer and landlord with offices in Witney who are looking to recruit an organised, experienced and driven Lettings Portfolio Manager to join their team.
As Lettings Portfolio Manager together with your colleagues you will be responsible for managing the lettings and day to day management of a portfolio of 400+ residential properties, carrying out check-ins, check-outs and quarterly inspections, being the first point of contact for tenants, dealing with external letting agents and working closely alongside the maintenance team to uphold high standards.
The successful Lettings Portfolio Manager will ideally hold experience working in a similar position and have an understanding of property investment and maintenance but should also be entrepreneurial in their approach and be motivated to expand their knowledge and build their career in the sector. This role would be well suited to a candidate who is open to change and excited about the possibility to build a team around them in the future.
As Lettings Portfolio Manager, you must also have extremely strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build long-standing relationships and make sure that all work is completed to an exceptionally high standard.

Experience of excelling within a Lettings or Property Management position and the ambition to really make an impact over the coming months and years
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisation and administration skills, able to effectively prioritise a high-workload whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of work
As this role will involve arranging and attending regular property visits, you must hold a Full UK driving licence
