Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Summertown (OX2)
Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

The Opportunity:

A high-end, independent Estate Agency, with outstanding market awareness and company image, is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their Summertown office.

The successful Marketing Executive will be responsible for the marketing, graphic design and branding of the company. This will involve designing, creating and distributing brochures, merchandise, vehicle wraps, business cards etc. You must be process-driven and confident in being solely responsible for taking projects from concept to print – this will include attending and presenting in client meetings.

Whilst you will specialise in graphic design, you must have a rounded knowledge of how best to market a company and a brand as you will also be responsible for regularly updating the website, writing copy, running the social media accounts and implementing media campaigns.

The successful Marketing Executive will be proactive, independent, and keen to take on a great deal of responsibility. You must have demonstrated success in graphic design, with a portfolio of work to showcase your abilities and a structured, process-driven approach to marketing.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Graphic Design
• A degree in Design or in a related field is desirable
• An established portfolio of print and digital design to showcase your talent
• Experienced in using in Adobe Creative Suite (especially PSD, INDD, AI)
• Ambitious to build and develop your career with the company
• A genuine interest in the property industry
• Organised, punctual and professional
