Position: New Homes Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: 09.00 – 18.00

The Opportunity:

A high-end, independent Estate Agency, with an outstanding market awareness and company image, is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Manager to be based from their Summertown branch, covering Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20 Developers and New Homes sites across Oxfordshire. This will include liaising with key builders and developers, as well as working to establish new client relationships. The successful candidate must, therefore, have a wealth of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the industry, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with people.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees, located on various New Homes sites, briefing, motivating and coaching them to ensure that they not only meet their sales targets but exceed them.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in New Homes
• Full UK driving licence and willing to regularly travel across Oxfordshire
• Well-presented, professional, and driven
• Experience of managing a team of salespeople
