Position: New Homes Sales Negotiator
Location: Kidlington, (OX5)
Salary: £24,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Thursday – Monday – initial 12-month contract

The Opportunity
Our client are a globally-renowned estate agent with a fantastic reputation for the quality of service that they provide. They are looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator, who will be responsible for independently managing and selling their Kidlington-based New Homes site.
The successful New Homes Sales Negotiator will have a complete understanding of the New Homes process and of the Help-to-Buy scheme, thus able to ‘get stuck in’ immediately. You will be required to independently sell all of the New Homes on the site, house prices ranging from c.£400,000 – c.£700,000.
The successful New Homes Sales Negotiator will, therefore, be, proactive, experienced, articulate and professional with a track record in succeeding within property sales.

Requirements
