As Operations Manager, a big part of your job will be to work closely with schools and students to plan and book a large volume of unique once in a lifetime volunteering opportunities overseas. In order to deliver, the successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable with a large administration workload and able wear many hats.
In addition to the administrative duties required, the Operations Manager will also be responsible for leading briefing calls both in person and remotely, therefore it’s really important that you are able to confidently present to groups in a passionate and inspiring way.
The Operations Manager vacancy is well-suited to a candidate with great organisational skills and a real passion for all things travel and volunteering.

Requirements:
Previous experience working within a busy administrative job that requires you to be highly organised with a high level of detail
A strong and engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Previous experience of travelling or working in the travel sector would be desirable but is not essential
As there would be some travel associated to the job, a Full UK driving license with your own car would be required
