Position: Part-time Customer Support Advisor
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 pro rata 
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible working – Ideally working 20-30 hours a week over 4 or 5 days)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and helpful Part-time Customer Support Advisor to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.

As Part-time Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers to give them updates on their orders. The successful candidate must be able to absorb information and confidently go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service.
