The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to work with a market-leading local property consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Property Administrator to join their Oxford based office.
As Property Administrator, you will be key in supporting the administration of the entire office, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. This will include, managing diaries, managing an email inbox, arranging meetings, distributing relevant paperwork, processing invoices and generally supporting the Managing Director.
Additionally, you will be the first point of call for all clients, residents and contractors. You must, therefore, be really confident in delivering an exceptional level of customer service over the phone and being able to effectively and efficiently record information, solve queries and escalate calls to other team members.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with an office of experienced and talented property managers within an extremely reputable local asset management department. The successful Property Administrator will, therefore, need to be confident, friendly and enthusiastic with exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
