Position: Property Administrator
Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:45 – 17:30) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00)

The Opportunity
Our client is an independent local property agent who places a key focus on ensuring that they provide an impeccable customer service to both their landlords and tenants. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Property Administrator to their close-knit team, based just outside of Oxford.
As Property Administrator, you will be the first point of telephone contact for the entire business and must, therefore, have outstanding communication skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly liaising with landlords and tenants, overseeing the entire processing of tenancy applications, and providing relevant documentation, such as welcome packs, to tenants.
The successful Property Administrator will also be required to organise and book inspections and inventory checks as well as ensuring that all HMO compliances are renewed when necessary, as well as requesting and relaying meter readings from tenants to landlords.
As Property Administrator, you must therefore be extremely organised, with experience of excelling within an administrative position. You must also be personable and able to easily build a rapport with others, with a really good knowledge of the property industry.

Requirements
Experience of excelling within a similar role
A good working knowledge of the Property industry
A strong academic background
An enthusiastic attitude towards work, willing to get ‘stuck in’ and work as a team
Exceptional administration skills and the ability to effectively prioritise a high workload
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
