Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a small but well respected independent firm of surveyors who are looking to recruit a rounded Property Administrator that is able to ‘wear many hats’ and manage the day-to-day enquiries at their offices based just outside of Botley.
As Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director, who is often out of the office, with all of the day-to-day telephone calls and emails coming into the business. This role will include, but is not limited to, diary management, communicating with customers and clients over the telephone and via email, scanning legal documents, maintaining relationships with local estate agencies and law firms and other ad hoc duties.
The Property Administrator vacancy is well-suited to a candidate who is super organised with a small business mentality and has an interest in property but also, the ability to work autonomously as whilst our client pride themselves on creating a really nice place to work, for long periods of time it will just be you in the office.

Experience of excelling within an administrative job that requires strong communication skills with high attention to detail
The ability to manage a varied workload, multitask and also prioritise projects (wear many hats!) autonomously

Due to their relatively remote office, the successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving license or live locally
