Position: Property Manager
Location: Oxford (OX3)
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
Hours: Monday – Thursday (9:00 – 18:00), Friday (9:00 – 17:30), and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00 – 13:00)
Experience: Property Management, Lettings , Real Estate, Property, Estate Agency, Customer Service, Full UK driving license

Opportunity:

Our market leading property client, are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their established Oxford-based office.

As Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords alike, dealing with any questions or queries that they may have. This will also involve arranging and attending regular property visits, therefore you must hold a Full UK driving licence with your own car.

The successful Property Manager will have strong communications and organisation skills, experience of within property management, and be passionate about representing our client.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and own car
• Hold ARLA qualification or willing to study
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with tenants and landlords
• Experience within the property sector, preferably in property management
