Our market leading property client is looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Property Manager to join their established Asset Management division.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets. This will include attending board meetings, managing service charge budgets and expenditure and producing reports accordingly. You will also be required to oversee developments or refurbishments to the asset in question.
Additionally, as Property Manager, you will be confident in making sure that all of your properties are adequately insured and dealing with any renewals, claims, or queries accordingly.
The successful candidate must therefore hold excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to effectively problem solve. This role requires excellent attention to detail, both when reviewing important documentation and when onsite.

Requirements
Experience of excelling within a Property Management position
A genuine interest in Asset Management
Full UK driving license and own car
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build a rapport with others
Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
Well-presented, articulate, and passionate about providing an unrivalled level of customer service
