Due to the company’s success and growth, they are recruiting a hungry and customer focused Renewals Manager to join their supportive team. As Renewals Manager, you will establish strong relationships with your B2B customers and will go above and beyond to find the best solution to ensure the retention of all clients.
As Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for contacting each B2B customer to understand their needs and follow up with a bespoke proposal created after comparing prices from different suppliers. As Renewals Manager, you will also be super organised and will manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and their own internal portal, but training will be provided.
Our client are seeking to recruit an articulate communicator with a track record of achieving client satisfaction but remains hungry to learn and ambitious to progress.

A track record of excelling within a telephone based retention/renewals environment
Confident, with the ability to go above and beyond to offer a premium level service and find the best solution for every customer
Articulate telephone manner
Proactive and ambitious to become an expert in their field
