Position: Retentions Team Manager
Location: Burnley (BB11)
Salary: £23,400 basic (+ bonus)
Hours: 08:45 – 17:15 (and an early finish on a Friday)

Opportunity:
Our rapidly expanding and market leading client is looking to recruit a driven and experienced Retentions Team Manager, with a strong customer-focused background, to their vibrant Burnley offices.
The Retentions team will be responsible for liaising with existing customers, up-selling to them when necessary, and ultimately making sure that their custom is retained. The successful Retentions Team Manager will therefore have a really strong knowledge of how to succeed within a Retentions-based role.
As Retentions Team Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, developing and motivating your team to ensure that exceptional levels of customer service are provided at all times. This will include setting targets, ensuring that they are met, assessing results and allocating commission accordingly.
Importantly, the successful Retentions Team Manager will be able to effectively manage, coach, and motivate a team of people in order to not only meet but exceed their targets. They will also be responsible for interviewing, recruiting, training and mentoring their team.

Requirements:
Experience of excelling within a customer-focused, contact centre Team Manger position
Management and leadership expertise is essential, with proven success in effectively coaching and developing employees
Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
A good communicator, with a confident and professional telephone manner
Target conscious and results-driven
A good academic background with at least a C, or equivalent, in English and Maths GCSE
