Position: Showroom Executive
Location: Abingdon (OX13)
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
Hours: 5 day working week, 09:00 – 17:00 (Working every Saturday, with 1 day off in the week)

The Opportunity:
Our client is an established and successful premium flooring business based just outside Abingdon who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer service focused and confident Showroom Executive to join their team.
As Showroom Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, responding to customer emails, diary management and dealing with suppliers. Therefore, you will be confident and passionate about building strong personable relationships with customers and corporate clients alike.
The successful Showroom Executive will therefore be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining flooring options, sending customers further details and booking in appointments. Therefore, offering customer service excellence is paramount.
Due to the customer focused nature of the role, the role of Showroom Executive could be suited to a candidate that has excelled within hospitality or retail and looking to transfer their skills to build a career within an office/showroom environment.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with corporate clients and the general public alike

Strong level of spelling and grammar
Evidence of having strong administration skills and managing a high workload
Natural business acumen and the ability to work with numbers
