Position: Telesales Advisor
Location: Leeds (LS16)
Salary: £18,000 basic + OTE
Hours: 8.45am – 17.15pm (and an early finish on a Friday)

Opportunity:

Our award-winning and rapidly expanding client are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Advisor with experience of succeeding in a telephone-based sales environment.

As Telesales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls in order to sell our client’s unique motor-based product to other businesses. Once the candidate has secured a sale, they will be required to manage the account with a consultative approach, offering impeccable levels of customer service for the initial 6-months of their contract.

The successful Telesales Advisor must be proactive, following up on sales via email and telephone, with strong communication skills and the tenacity to overachieve with regards to their sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience of excelling within B2B Telesales office environment
• Target driven, and a track record of exceeding targets
• Ambitious and committed to progression
• An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
• Reliable, with a good work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
• Able to work well both individually and as part of a team
• A good standard of education, preferably with a ‘C’ or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
