Position: Trainee Business Executive
Location: Based outside of Abingdon (OX13)
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: 5 day working week, 09:00 – 17:00 (1 in 4 Saturdays with 1 day off in the week)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside an established and successful premium flooring business based in Wootton who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Trainee Business Executive to join their team.
As Trainee Business Executive, your role will be very varied where you will gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administration and learn about the general day to day running of a business.
As Trainee Business Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, responding to customer emails, diary management and dealing with suppliers. Therefore, you must be confident and passionate about building strong personable relationships with customers and corporate clients alike.
The successful Trainee Business Executive will therefore be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining flooring options, sending customers further details and booking in appointments. Therefore, attention to detail and offering customer service excellence is paramount.

The successful Trainee Business Executive will work alongside the existing team to learn customer service, sales and administrative processes and should be extremely organised and able to effectively manage a high workload once up to speed in the role. Although, during training there will be supervision until you are confident in your abilities.
