Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an innovative training and apprenticeship provider based in Thatcham, who are looking to recruit a confident and organised Training Co-ordinator to join their team.
As Training Co-ordinator, your primary role will be focused on organising the logistics behind virtual and face-to-face training courses. Day-to-day you will be booking individuals onto courses, bringing training materials together, booking exams, liaising with exam boards, corporate clients and members of the public.
The successful Training Co-ordinator will work closely alongside the sales team and Operations Manager team to provide a streamlined process from initial contact through to dissemination of exam results to encourage ongoing relationships.
This role would be well suited to a candidate with project management experience who is highly organised, able to manage their own workload, and confident to step up to smoothly handle the entire process.

A strong attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent telephone manner and fantastic verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience working within an administrative capacity and experience working with B2B clients would be preferred
A real team player, who is commercially aware
