Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a global business with their UK head offices based in Newbury who arelooking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic University Partnerships Manager to build and maintain relationships with universities across the UK and recruit students for truly once-in-a-lifetime overseas volunteering trips.
As a University Partnerships Manager, it will be your responsibility to manage relationships with universities, promote overseas volunteering programmes by engaging with students about the unique opportunities available, but also to mentor, support and coach the existing sales and marketing team.
This University Partnerships Manager vacancy is well-suited to an energetic, outgoing and confident candidate who has previous experience within the sector and is looking to join a business that is truly purposeful in what they do. Whilst the role is largely sales-focused, the successful candidate will also be involved in the management, coaching and development of the wider commercial team.

Our client are looking to recruit a confident University Partnerships Manager to join their business with the opportunity to work remotely and manager own workload but with 1-2 days in the office per month.
Requirements:
Highly ambitious and proactive with a drive to build and maintain existing relationships but also to make sales
A strong and engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A real team player with the ability and autonomy to manage a varied workload and multitask
Previous experience of working with young people to volunteer overseas and/or working closely with universities to engage with their students
