Ben – Managing Director

Ben launched Thompson & Terry Recruitment in 2014, with the vision to create a recruitment agency who would only submit a candidate to a client if we’d personally employ them ourselves.

We created a strong set of values and mission statement, which we have lived by since the start and Ben is so proud to have built a team who breathe those values.

Ben’s passion for finding the perfect candidate for every client we work with still means he’s very hands on, as well as supporting the development of our talented team.

Ben has been presenting The Business Brunch with Ben Thompson on ‘Get Radio’ since 2021, which has now featured hundreds of businesses large and small. Additionally he was the most awarded BNI member in the UK and previously owned Oxfordshire networking group The Oxfordshire Business Community Network (OBCN), which he sold late 2023.
