Position: Graduate Sales Executive
Location: Didcot (OX11)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (+ generous bonus scheme)

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside our award-winning, luxury creative client, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Graduate Sales Executive to join their friendly team, based just outside of Didcot.

As Graduate Sales Executive, you will be the initial point of contact for the brand and will be responsible for handling all inbound sales enquiries (via telephone and email) and building and developing strong relationships with clientele.

The successful Graduate Sales Executive will also be responsible for following up leads, attending client meetings and events (occasionally travelling internationally), creating client proposals, all whilst nurturing and growing key relationships with clients and designers. Additionally, as Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the CRM system, so attention to detail is crucial.

As Graduate Sales Executive, you should be ambitious to learn and really build a solid career, with a genuine interest in home and garden design. This role would be suited to someone with an interest in art and design.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (including telephone manner)
• Commercially driven to meet sales targets
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with clientele
• Strong knowledge and understanding of creative design
• Organised, with the ability to manage a high workload
• Willingness to travel internationally (on occasion)
