Graduate Programme for SME’s
In the summer of 2018, our MD Ben Thompson self-funded and launched our very own ‘Graduate Programme‘ after identifying a gap in the local market, despite having a wealth of world-class students studying here in Oxfordshire.
Ben hired Shannon as our first inductee as a ‘Graduate Business Executive’ and following a very successful 10 months, Shannon was promoted to ‘Junior Business and Marketing Manager’. We then employed Aoife in 2019, who has since achieved 3 promotions and is now our Candidate Experience Manager.
We vow to only send candidates to our clients that we would personally employ ourselves as we understand that the biggest cost to recruitment is getting it wrong. By recognising that every company is different, we work with our clients to headhunt and find the very best talent for their business, long-term.
We have now successfully placed over 100+ graduates into Oxfordshire based SME’s and would love to help other local businesses too!
