Position: Account Manager
Location: Kidlington (OX5)
Salary: £30,000 basic (+ uncapped commission)
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday with early finish on Fridays)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a fantastic IT Sales company, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Account Manager, to join their small and friendly team based in Kidlington.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing accounts and building on existing client relationships, whilst also making targeted calls to generate and win new business.

Additionally, as Account Manager, you will work closely alongside your close-knit team to ensure that targets are hit and new business is won. Therefore, it is essential that you are driven by commercial success.

The successful Account Manager will have excellent communication skills and be confident in building a rapport with clients across the UK. The successful Account Manager will be passionate and motivated to continue building their career, within a supportive and lucrative environment.

The Company

Our client are a national IT solutions provider, who due to expansion are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to join their very experienced and successful sales team.

Our client support a really impressive and varied client base nationally, ranging from the NHS to independent SME’s.

Requirements

• Experience in a Technical Account Management role or similar
• Excellent telephone manner
• Money-motivated with the drive to earn lucrative commission
• Driven to learn and confidence to deal with rejection
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
