Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an innovative training and apprenticeship provider based in Thatcham, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and confident Business Development Manager, to join their growing team.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for using LinkedIn and other platforms to approach employers (new business) but also engage with their staff to encourage them to enrol into the training opportunities.
The successful Business Development Manager, will work closely alongside the Account Management team to provide a streamlined experience from initial contact to encourage ongoing relationships.
This role would be well suited to a candidate with previous B2B sales experience within the training/apprenticeship space or indeed a comparable sector.
