Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client, who are looking to recruit an inquisitive Customer Case Handler to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.
As Customer Case Handler, you will be the escalation point for customers calling the business seeking compensation. A huge part of your role will be reviewing evidence and investigating all claims/information provided on a case-by-case basis, liaising with customers via telephone and email and also with internal departments and external parties to ensure all cases reach an outcome and settle all claims.
The successful Customer Case Handler will be someone who is naturally very inquisitive to ask lots of questions and gather all information necessary for each case, whilst also being resilient to push back and hold difficult conversations both internally and with customers.

Experience of case management and investigating claims
A strong desire to maintain the company’s customer service reputation, whilst holding difficult conversations and dealing with challenging cases
Excellent telephone manner and communication at all levels
