As Sales Consultant, you will deal largely with inbound sales enquiries for new business but also existing clients. Due to the nature of these sales enquiries, it is essential that you have an inquisitive mind and can really fact find with the client to ensure you can offer them the very best training courses to suit the needs of their business and team.
The successful Sales Consultant, will work closely alongside the Account Management team to provide a streamlined experience from initial contact to encourage ongoing relationships. As Sales Consultant you will work hard to nurture and grow relationships to generate trust, so it is important that the successful person has gravitas and is confident in their approach.
This role would be well suited to a candidate with previous account management experience within the training/apprenticeship space or indeed a comparable sector. Account Management experience, with the ability to really develop relationships
Driven to sell and exceed targets but with the view to building long-term relationships at the heart of everything you do
Excellent telephone manner and fantastic verbal and written communication skills
A strong attention to detail and highly meticulous
Previous experience selling B2B, preferably within the training/apprenticeship sector
A real team player, who is commercially aware
