Position: Client Services Co-ordinator
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 14:30)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working alongside our award-winning and rapidly expanding commercial property client to recruit an Client Services Co-ordinator to support the growth of their Abingdon based business centre.
As Client Services Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the business centre, greeting and welcoming people at reception and handling all inbound calls and emails. Therefore, it is important that the successful candidate breeds enthusiasm and confidence and can greet people with a smile!
Whilst experience working in a serviced office space isn’t essential, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to and work closely with the Business Centre Manager, therefore, must have great communication skills, have experience working within an administrative capacity and be very excited to grow within the role and work collaboratively.
This Client Services Co-ordinator job is an excellent mix of customer service, reception duties and office administration and would be really well suited to a candidate with a property background in lettings for example who has experience of managing a heavy (and varied) workload, thinking on their feet and multi-tasking but is also really ambitious to be given the opportunity to manage responsibilities of running the centre when the Business Centre Manager is away.
