Position: Training Consultant 
Location: Home based with regular travel to deliver training
Salary: £53k (base salary) + bonus 
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an innovative training and apprenticeship provider, who are looking to recruit an engaging Training Consultant to deliver project management training within some of the best-known UK brands.

As Training Consultant, your primary role will be focused on delivering recognised project management training both in person and virtually to small groups of existing employees within long-standing clients. Additionally you will work collaboratively with the wider team to create training material and proactively ensure the learner experience is constantly improving.

The successful Training Consultant will work closely alongside both the sales team and Operations Manager to provide a streamlined process from initial contact through to dissemination of exam results to encourage ongoing relationships.

This role would be well suited to a candidate with project management training experience who is highly organised, able to manage their own workload, and most importantly a super engaging trainer!

Requirements

• An engaging and passionate trainer, who is comfortable delivering training both remotely and in person
• Project Management training experience
• Commercially aware with the strong desire to proactively ensure the best outcome for every learner, their employer and our client
• A real team player, who is commercially aware
• Full UK driving license and willingness to regularly travel to deliver training
