Position: Graduate Marketing Executive
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Worcester (WR5)
Hours: Monday – Friday (7:30am – 4:30pm with a 1:30pm finish every Friday)

The Opportunity   

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well established but rapidly growing technical business based in Worcester who are looking to recruit a creative, forward-thinking and autonomous Graduate Marketing Executive to join their team.  

As Graduate Marketing Executive, your main responsibility will be to really run with our clients marketing, whilst working collaboratively with the Sales Director and Managing Director to ensure a strong return on investment. Due to the nature of the business, there is currently very little marketing presence online therefore the successful candidate must be creative and really excited to build the marketing from the ground up.  

The role of Graduate Marketing Executive is varied, responsible for creating content, building and managing all social media pages, filming and editing videos, regularly posting on both LinkedIn and YouTube, working on paid advertising, copywriting, building landing pages and other marketing focused duties. 

This role would be well suited to an hungry marketing graduate, who is really driven to build their skillset within the workplace, or equally candidates with marketing experience, who are excited by a challenge.  As you will be the sole marketeer within the business, it is essential that you are able to able to work independently and are motivated to self-teach at times and learn new skills when required. 

Due to the location of the office, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own mode of transport.

Requirements  

• Full UK driving licence (must be able to drive due to the location of the business) 
• Well educated with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal   
• Prior knowledge of marketing, whether this be through the workplace or education  
• Ambitious, dynamic and creative with a genuine desire to build your skill set and grow with the company  
• Able to work autonomously and motivated to learn/self-teach certain marketing
