The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established technical business that operates within a regulated sector who are looking to recruit a proactive Administrator to join their small but highly experienced team in Didcot.
As Administrator, you will work closely with both the Sales Coordinator and Office Coordinator, supporting them with the day-to-day operations of the business including; managing emails and diary management, responding to enquiries, processing expense claims, dealing with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that all documentation is compliant within this highly regulated sector, therefore excellent attention to detail is a must-have.
Due to the nature of their small team in Didcot, they are looking for a candidate with a small business mentality, who is able to wear many hats, provide support to the wider business and can really multitask but equally, someone who can provide a reliable pair of hands and hit the ground running, as you may often be working alone within the office. Therefore, it is important that the successful Administrator is someone who is autonomous within their work but is looking to build their skillset considerably.

Requirements:
Previous administrative experience within an office environment
Extremely organised with great attention to detail is a must
