The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to work with our client, a leader in the field of providing luxury and unique travel experiences. They are looking to recruit an experienced, independent and self-motivated Finance Administrator to join their Cotswolds-based office.

As Finance Administrator, you will be responsible formanaging all of the daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and payments for the business, whilst also managing VAT returns and quarterly accounts. Additionally, because of the nature of the industry, your role will also consist of working in multiple foreign currencies.

The successful Finance Administrator must be organised and self-sufficient with a really strong knowledge and experience working with financial and digital accountancy software.

Our client could be moving offices in the near future, so a driving licence and the willingness to commute to a new local office is essential.

Requirements

• Significant experience of excelling within a bookkeeping/financial administration position
• Exceptional organisation skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience of using digital accountancy software, preferably Zoho Books
• A bookkeeping or accountancy qualification is desired
• Self-sufficient, flexible and adaptable
