Position: Trainee Business Executive
Location: Wootton (OX13)
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours: 5 day working week, 09:00 – 17:00 (Working every Saturday, with 1 day off in the week)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside an established and successful premium flooring business based in Wootton who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Trainee Business Executive to join their team.
As Trainee Business Executive, your role will be very varied, where you will gain valuable experience in administration, customer service and sales, and also learn about the general day to day running of a business.
As Trainee Business Executive, you will be responsible for managing all customer calls, responding to customer emails, diary management and dealing with suppliers. Therefore, you will be confident and passionate about building strong personable relationships with customers and corporate clients alike.
The successful Trainee Business Executive will therefore be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining flooring options, sending customers further details and booking in appointments. Therefore, attention to detail and offering customer service excellence is paramount.
Within this role, you will be given lots of responsibility early on, so a fantastic and unique opportunity to expand your skillset and build your career.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with corporate clients and the general public alike
Ability to offer premium level of customer service
Strong level of spelling and grammar
Evidence of having strong administration skills and managing a high workload
Natural business acumen and the ability to work with numbers
