Position: Head of Marketplace
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 base per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 to 17:30 – potential to work hybrid model)

The Opportunity:  

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-established and growing e-commerce business, who are looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Head of Marketplace to join their head office team based in Abingdon.  

As Head of Marketplace, your role will be varied but day-to-day duties will include monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers, reporting on customer accounts and sales, sourcing and pricing new products, creating content for product listings and working closely with the customer service team to ensure that processes are running smoothly. 

Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client currently offer over 750 unique products and 2,500 product bundles therefore the successful Head of Marketplace must be confident to learn about existing products and be committed to developing both existing and new opportunities to offer the best selection possible to both B2B and B2C customers.

• Experience of working within an e-commerce environment is essential

• A track record of working with a great attention to detail
