As part of their growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent Internal Account Manager to join their friendly team based in Eynsham.
As Internal Account Manager, you will regularly keep in close contact with a number of long-standing clients to ensure they are getting the best possible service but also, with the support of the technical team, to ensure their IT is working to maximum efficiency for their business.
Whilst Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client have a highly skilled technical team, the role of Internal Account Manager isn’t technical. The successful candidate will liaise with numerous stakeholders both internally and within clients to ensure every project is successful and pain-free for the client.
Our client are very ethical and value-led and pride themselves on giving really transparent advice, therefore it’s really important that whilst the successful Internal Account Manager is confident to ‘sell’ when needed, this should be achieved through a consultative, ‘fact-finding’ approach and only when right for the client.

Requirements:
Experience of Account Management within a service-focused environment
Ethically driven with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Strong stakeholder management and highly organised with a desire to find the best solution for every customer
Due to their relatively remote office, the successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving license or live very locally
