Position: Recruitment Manager
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (with a large proportion of home working)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (with a clear and proven career path to progress)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible working pattern with the ambition to move to a 4 day week during 2022)

The Opportunity 

We are looking for an ambitious and value driven recruiter to join our small and friendly team. This is a varied but hands on recruitment role, where alongside day to day recruitment you will gain valuable experience in all parts of our wider business. This is, therefore, a really unique opportunity to expand your skillset and learn first-hand about everything required to successfully run a growing recruitment business. 

Whilst as a business we typically work on recruitment agency level vacancies, it’s our mission to head hunt the very best candidate for each and every client that we work with, therefore the role would be really suited to an individual that really shares our values. 

Working within a candidate driven market, we are really looking for an innovative Recruitment Manager, who is truly passionate to go above and beyond to find ways to enhance both our candidate and client journey.   

 The role of Recruitment Manager would be really suited to an experienced and value driven recruiter, that LOVES being involved with day to day recruitment but eager to develop their business and people management skills over the coming months and years.

 Requirements 

• A track record of excelling within a value driven recruitment environment (In-House or Agency) and the desire to continue to develop professionally 

• A hands on recruiter with the desire to provide day to day line management to a small recruitment team 
• Strong and proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with the willingness to learn and ambitious to grow a solid and well-rounded career 
• A genuine interest in building a long term career with Thompson & Terry Recruitment in line with our strong company values 
• A genuine desire to learn how a business works and be involved in supporting its growth
